Returns & Cancellations Policy

Made to Order
Due to the fact that all fabrics are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty upon delivery. 

Inspection
Please check your order on arrival. If there are any issues, contact us within 3 days with photos so we can resolve the problem. Once fabric has been cut, washed, altered, or used, we cannot accept any claim.

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this point, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Samples
We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a fabric order to ensure suitability of colour, scale, and texture.

Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
