WHAT'S THE LEAD TIME FOR FABRICS?
Fabric by the metre: Lead time is 3–5 weeks. Each order is printed to order to support sustainable production; we do not keep stock.
Larger or more complex orders may take longer; this will be
confirmed once your order has been placed.
Fabric samples: Dispatched from our studio within 2–5 working days when in stock.

HOW DO SAMPLES WORK?
All fabric samples are shipped free of charge within the UK. Dispatched from our studio within 2–5 working days when in stock.
International customers, please contact us for delivery options.
Patterned fabric samples measure approximately 148 × 210 mm (A5). Plain fabric samples measure approximately 105 × 148 mm (A6). We recommend up to 10 samples per request.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum order is 1 metre.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR THE FABRICS?
We recommend Dry Clean Only to prevent colour fading or shrinkage, Avoid Machine Washing or Tumble Drying. Creasing is natural for linen and will soften over time. Gentle steaming using a household steamer is advised.
ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?
Due to our fabrics being printed to order, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty when delivered.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and notify us within 3 days if
there are any issues. Once fabric has been cut, washed, altered, or used, we cannot accept any claim.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please let
the courier know and note this on delivery.
Contact us within 3 days, with
photographs of the damage fabrics
so we can resolve the issue.
If you provide delivery instructions
that do not require a signature, the courier’s recorded date and time will be
treated as proof of delivery.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
For now, delivery through the website is only in the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please email: studio@dawneduponcalmstudio.com or get in touch via the contact form.
CAN I OPEN A TRADE ACCOUNT?
Yes, we enjoy working with interior designers, upholsterers, and trade professionals.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
Natural Fibres: all fabrics are printed on 100% linen.
Responsible Production: printed to order in the UK, with minimal waste. Offcuts
are reused for sampling and smaller products.
Low-Impact Inks: water-based inks are used, safe for both the home and the environment.
CAN I USE YOUR IMAGES?
All imagery and designs belong to DawnedUpon Calm Studio. Please request permission if you’d like to feature our images in press or professional projects. For more details see our Copyright page.

Full Metres
Delivery is free on UK orders over £150. Standard delivery charges apply to orders under this threshold.
